About Us
Yejin Choi is a pastry chef with 12 years experience in the pastry and hospitality industry.
She attended Johnson & Wales University to enroll in their culinary arts program. From there Yejin headed to New York to start her career in the kitchen working in pastry departments of reputable restaurants all around Brooklyn and Manhattan.
